At PromGirl, we want you to feel confident in your look, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for unworn dresses with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your dress in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security loops, and poly bags are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
